1. Acceptance of Terms

     By accessing and using Pody Network, you affirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. This Agreement governs your use of the platform and all interactions with our Services.

Our innovative features include real-time reward systems and blockchain-based digital identities (NFT Passports) to ensure a verifiable and tamper-proof educational experience.

   • Core Features.

     • Classrooms: Interactive virtual spaces designed specifically for educational collaboration.
     • Meet-to-Earn: A system where users earn points based on session participation, calculated in real time via a hash rate per second system.
     • NFT Passport: A unique, blockchain-based digital identity used to verify and secure user interactions.
     • Host Management: Tools for hosts to control classroom interactions, including granting speaking privileges, scheduling sessions, and monitoring real-time earning statistics.
     • Earning Power Boost: The ability to mint additional NFTs through the Pody dashboard to enhance your point-earning capabilities.

3. User Accounts and Digital Identity

   • Registration and Identity.

     • Users may be required to register an account, which includes the creation or linking of a blockchain-based digital identity (NFT Passport).
     • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as needed.

   • Wallet Addresses and Social Media Identities.

     • Wallet Address: We may collect your blockchain wallet address to facilitate transactions and reward distributions.
     • Social Media Identity: We may collect information related to your social media profiles if you choose to link them to your digital identity, enhancing community features and personalization.

   • Account Security.

     You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

5. Earning Points, Rewards, and Technology Limitations

   • Meet-to-Earn Mechanism.

     • Users earn points based on the duration and quality of their participation in virtual classrooms.
     • Points are calculated in real time using a hash rate per second system. Final point calculations are made when the session ends or when the user leaves the classroom.

   • Teacher Rewards.

     • Hosts (teachers) receive an additional bonus equal to 10% of the total points earned by all participants in their classrooms. This bonus is awarded at the session’s conclusion.

   • Earning Power Boost.

     • Users can mint additional NFTs directly from the Pody dashboard to boost their point-earning capabilities.

   • Teacher Rewards.

     • Network Delays: Real-time calculations may occasionally display point totals that differ from the final count.
     • Technical Glitches: Discrepancies may occur due to processing delays or system errors. The final point total at session end is definitive.
     • Non-Monetary Value: Points are loyalty tokens for in-platform benefits and do not represent any monetary currency.

6. User Conduct, Enforcement, and Account Termination

   • Acceptable Use.

     You agree to use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Acceptable use includes respectful interactions and adherence to our community guidelines and these Terms.

   • Prohibited Conduct.

     The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate enforcement action, including termination of your account, without prior notice:

     • Spamming: Repetitive, unsolicited, or disruptive messaging/actions that degrade the user experience.
     • Abusive Behavior: Harassment, hate speech, or any conduct that undermines the educational environment.
     • Exploitation: Unauthorized manipulation of platform features, including point accrual or NFT minting abuse.
     • Deceptive Practices: Engaging in deceptive activities such as using trademarked names or names related to Pody Network or any of its partners without proper authorization.
     • Fraudulent Activities: Any actions intended to defraud or mislead other users or the platform, including activities that compromise security or platform integrity.
     • Sexual Harassment and Pornography: Any form of sexual harassment, explicit pornography, or sexually explicit content that is unsolicited or violates community standards.
     • Distribution of Copyrighted Materials: Uploading, sharing, or distributing copyrighted materials without proper authorization from the copyright holder.
     • Threats: Any behavior involving threats of violence or other forms of harm against users, staff, or the platform.
     • NSFW Content or Any Illegal Activity: Posting or disseminating content classified as NSFW (Not Safe For Work) that violates community guidelines, or engaging in any illegal activity under applicable law.

   • Right to Terminate.

     • Pody Network reserves the right to terminate any account, classroom, or user session at its sole discretion.
     • Termination may occur immediately and without prior notice if a user is found to be engaging in any prohibited conduct, including those specified above, or any behavior that we determine places an account at risk of imperfection or harm.
     • Termination actions may include temporary suspensions pending further investigation or permanent bans. All decisions regarding account termination or content removal are final.

   • Content Removal.

     We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to the community or the integrity of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

   • Ownership.

     All content, features, and functionality on Pody Network—including designs, graphics, code, and documentation—are the intellectual property of Pody Network or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

   • User-Generated Content.

     While you retain ownership of any content you post or submit, by doing so you grant Pody Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

8. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pody Network, its affiliates, partners, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising from or related to:

   • Your use of the platform.

   • Any infringement of a third party’s rights or misuse of third-party content.
   • Any actions or content you post, submit, or transmit through the platform.

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pody Network operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction.
