Account deletion is instant and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all Pody services immediately upon confirmation.

Regulated Retention
Certain data is legally retained after deletion — KYC records (5 yrs), transaction records (6 yrs), and credit data (7 yrs) per Nigerian law.
03 / Obligations
Settle Before Deleting
Any outstanding repayments, fees, or dues will be fully settled before your account deletion request can be processed.
01. Deletion Walkthrough
Open Pody App
Launch the Pody app and tap the profile icon
Go to Account Settings
Tap "Account" from the settings menu to manage your account preferences.
Request Account Deletion
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account" to begin the closure process.
Review Closure Terms
Read through the account closure terms carefully. This outlines what happens to your data, active orders, and any outstanding balance before you proceed.
Final Confirmation
Enter your registered email address to verify your identity, then tap "Delete my Account" to permanently close your account.
