Why we exist
Students have the record. Many don't have the device.
Most lenders ask for a salary slip, a guarantor or a credit history. Most students have none of these. What they do have is their school and their grades.
Pody uses that instead. We sell genuine laptops, phones and tablets at market price. Anyone can buy outright, and verified students at partner schools can pay in instalments with zero interest.

Why we started Pody
Because hard work should count.
Most credit in Nigeria starts with a payslip, a guarantor or a credit history. Students rarely have any of them, so the laptop or phone they need for school often means months of saving first.
We started Pody to change that. We sell genuine laptops, phones and tablets at market price, and let verified students spread the cost over up to 270 days, with no interest.

We don't ask for a payslip, a guarantor or a credit history. We look at your studies and how you repay with Pody. And we charge no interest, no fees and no markup.
No. You pay the device's market price, the same as in-store. Pay 20% at checkout and spread the rest over up to 270 days, with ₦0 interest.
Devices come straight from the manufacturers and their authorised distributors. You can follow your order in the app from checkout, and if a device arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you can return it.
Pody is NDPR compliant, and your data is handled under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
