Account & data

Managing your profile, security, and closing your account.


Your profile, notification preferences, security settings, and linked payment details all live under Profile in the app.

Security settings

  • Change your password, when you still know the current one.
  • Set up, change, or reset your six-digit transaction PIN.
  • Turn on two-factor authentication, so a one-time code is emailed to you at every sign-in.

It is the single most effective thing you can do to protect an account that holds a wallet balance and a credit limit.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is immediate, permanent, and can only be started from inside the app. Any outstanding repayments, fees, or dues must be settled before a deletion request can be processed.

You lose access to your purchase history and instalment schedules the moment you confirm. Export your statement first.

Data we must keep

As a regulated BNPL platform, some records survive account deletion because Nigerian law requires it.
