Reset your password

Recover a forgotten password, or change one you still know.

There are two paths, depending on whether you can still sign in.

If you have forgotten it

  1. 1On the login screen, tap “Forgot password”.
  2. 2Enter your registered email address. If an account exists, a reset code is sent for privacy, the app shows the same confirmation either way.
  3. 3Type the code on the verify your email screen
  4. 4Choose a new password. Every other signed-in session is ended immediately.

Reset code expire

A reset code is single-use and short-lived. If yours has expired, request a new one rather than reusing the old code.

If you already know it

Open Profile, then Security, then Change password. You will be asked for your current password before you can set a new one. Use this rather than the reset flow whenever you still have access it does not sign you out everywhere.

A password is not a PIN

Your password signs you in. Your six-digit transaction PIN authorises money leaving your wallet. Never reuse one as the other, and never share either.
