Delivery & returns

Getting your device, and sending it back if something is wrong.


Once your downpayment clears, the order moves to fulfilment and you can track it from the Orders tab.

Returns

You can request a return within the window stated in your BNPL agreement if the device is defective, damaged on arrival, or is not what you ordered. Once we receive and inspect it, we process a replacement or a refund where applicable.

  • The device must be in its original condition, with packaging and all accessories included.
  • A refund reverses the instalment plan attached to that order; a replacement leaves it in place.

Buyer's remorse is not a return reason

The return window covers defects and mis-shipments. A working device that you have changed your mind about does not qualify.
